Company History

Innovation Engineering, Inc. is a Delaware Corporation doing business in Brisbane, California. The company was originally a proprietorship offering consulting services in engineering. It then expanded its services and started doing independent R&D in axial engine technology. It was incorporated in 2002.

September 1997 - Innovation Engineering was formed as a proprietorship under Art Shulenberger offering consulting services in Engineering and Design.

September 2002 - Company was Incorporated and Innovation Engineering, Inc., was formed.

January 2003 - Commenced business and R&D in Axial Engine Technologies.
